Our team are here to welcome you to our club during staffed hours for fitness appointments or show-rounds. Remember, the gym is open for members to use with our secure keyfob entry system and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

Hi, I’m James. I have been qualified as a personal trainer for the last 15 years. My passion for health and fitness started whilst training and competing internationally for Great Britain and England as a hammer thrower and developed whilst studying for my degree in Sport and exercise at university specializing in coaching and performance. I have great experience of working with clients throughout a variety of different goals ranging from fat loss to strength and size. I'm a Geordie lass, and I've been in the fitness industry for 8 years with my background focusing on personal training. I have a MSc in Clinical Exercise Physiology and I am currently working towards my PhD looking at the effects of weight loss medication on the skeletal muscle pathology of obese type 2 diabetics! Hi my name is Tom, I’m one of the PT’s here at Anytime Fitness! I’ve been in the fitness industry now for 3 years and loved every minute of it! Health and fitness is a massively important to me, I love pushing myself and seeing what I’m really capable of physically and mentally. My passion is helping people understand how much they can push themselves to improve and achieve things they never thought they could. I believe being a coach and PT is much more than counting reps and holding a stop watch or even creating training programs and nutrition plans. As a personal trainer you have to understand the person you're coaching, my aim is to deliver the most effective plan to help you achieve your goals.
